About our Organization and our Organizer
My name is Ms. Regena Williams. I am the mother of five young men, a grandmother, a Certified Reverend, an Evangelist, Certified Christian Counselor and a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate and an advocate for Seniors and Seniors with disabilities.
North West Country Community Outreach is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. North West Country Community Outreach aka NWCCO was seed planted in the spirit in 1984. Prior to relocating to the Pacific NW that same year from NW Tennessee, I came on a mission. I knew there was something for me to do in a brand-new city. With persistence, hunger, and determination, my PhD, NWCCO was officially established in 2006. That mission was to create personal empowerment and educate individuals with positive motivational speeches; therefore, cultivating a rich and energetic relationship that uplifts your soul, enlighten the inner you and be transparent for your family to grow.

NWCCO is a uniquely inspiring non-profit that collaborates with other agencies to get you the services that you need. Domestic Violence is a serious form of hurt, physical harm and emotionally distressing behavior. Being a survivor myself, I understand the guilt, hurt, shamefulness, starting over, forgiveness and creating the new you.
It is important that we see ourselves through a new lens of hope, progress, and stability. The future of an individual depends on how they create the space to learn, achieve and continue to move forward, all the while keeping the scope of the lens of the past a distant future. Healing of any domestic circumstances takes time. Time is to be utilized with efficiency and effectiveness for the edification of our soul and for the purpose of CHANGE!
Since June 2006, which has been approximately 16 years, I have been a producer with Open Signal Media. Previously Open Media with an audience of over 2.1 million viewers. This segue allows me to bring to our community FACE Productions. A Fresh Approach to
Community Empowerment. My outreach to and for my community is intentional to promote uplifting and inspiring messages of hope, by inviting local constituents ensuring collaborating with agencies throughout the tri-counties, churches, union groups, school and PTA information, gospel, rock, country, blues bands, up and starting rappers, creative dancers, poetry, ethnic groups, and authors. This platform is open to all who are interested in encouraging others to be of good stewardship within their families, and community, including individuals to gain access to the materials for a better you.
